Dr. LaShaune Stitt is a passionate educator, visionary coach, and community-rooted leader whose work centers equity, healing, and spiritual alignment. With over two decades of experience teaching and leading in urban schools, she brings a deep commitment to uplifting marginalized voices and transforming systems through truth-telling, culturally responsive pedagogy, and soul-centered reflection.

As the founder of the Disruptive Visionary Alliance Group, she guides educators, leaders, and seekers through personal and professional transformation. As a former school administrator, mentor, and coach, she weaves together education, ancestral wisdom, and justice-centered practices to empower others to live and lead with integrity and purpose.

Rooted in her Harlem upbringing, Dr. Stitt’s work draws strength from the resilience and brilliance of Black and Brown communities, inviting us to reimagine what it means to learn, lead, and thrive…together.
