Children's Event: A Day to Laugh Out Loud! with Jon Agee

Jon Agee is the author/illustrator of many acclaimed books for children, including Life on Mars, The Wall in the Middle of the Book, and The Incredible Painting of Felix Clousseau.  He is also the creator of a popular series of wordplay books, most recently the palindromic graphic novel, Otto. 

He grew up along the Hudson River in Nyack, New York, and went to college at The Cooper Union School of Art in New York City, where he studied painting and filmmaking. 

His stories – of mysterious painters, hard luck magicians, guffawing grumps, flying rhinoceroses, and forgotten astronauts – are quirky, absurdist, and always humorous.
