Linda Olliver is an award-winning illustrator and graphic designer. Her creative practice, which spans 20+ years, focuses on producing colorful illustrations that often capture emotion and humor. Sometimes with great detail and texture and sometimes with simple black and white lines, her varying styles can cover a wide range of purposes.
She studied at Parsons School of Design for three years after which she began a career in advertising and eventually working her way into editorial publications and marketing. With a desire to learn and reach higher goals she evolved into creating motion graphics and simple animation.
Growing up on the New Jersey Shore she developed a love for exploring. Looking deeply at her surroundings she is often finding personality and little stories. “Wherever I look I see interesting things and characters.” With her background, Linda can envision illustrative solutions whether it’s for a simple short piece, a whole book layout, or a complex infographic. She enjoys solving the challenge of communicating visually for the best solution.
