Katherine Gaffney completed her MFA at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is currently working on her PhD in creative writing at the University of Southern Mississippi. Her work has appeared in jubilat, Harpur Palate, Mississippi Review, Meridian, Smartish Pace, and elsewhere. She has attended the Tin House Summer Writing Workshop, the SAFTA Residency, and the Sewanee Writers Conference as a scholar. Her first chapbook, Once Read as Ruin, was published by Finishing Line Press and her first full-length poetry collection is forthcoming from Tampa University Press in 2023 after winning the Tampa Review Prize for Poetry.
Phil Goldstein is a poet, editor, copywriter, journalist and content marketer. His debut poetry collection is How to Bury a Boy at Sea (Stillhouse Press, 2022). His poetry has been nominated for a Best of the Net award and has appeared in South Florida Poetry Journal, Jet Fuel Review, The Laurel Review, Rust + Moth, Two Peach, Awakened Voices, The Indianapolis Review and elsewhere. By day, he works as an editor and copywriter for a large technology company. He lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife, Jenny, and their animals: a dog named Brenna, and two cats, Grady and Princess.
