Kate Myers: SALTY (with Virginia Evans)

You might remember Kate Myers from her event for EXCAVATIONS, a summery archaeology-based friendship romp. Now, she returns with SALTY, another seasonal, hilarious page-turner that takes us to a tropical marina where two estranged sisters reunite to work on a luxury yacht and take down the owner who destroyed their childhood home. Might it all have something to do with the dead body found next door?

Kate Myers is the author of the national bestseller Excavations. Her writing has appeared in Elle, BuzzFeed, and Self magazines. She studied archaeology at the University of Pennsylvania and has lived in New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC, where she’s worked for CBS in television development and for CollegeHumor. She now resides in Annapolis, Maryland, with her husband, daughters, and dog.

Virginia Evans is from the northeastern United States. She attended James Madison University for her bachelor’s in English literature, as well as Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, for her master’s of philosophy in creative writing. She lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with her husband, two children, and her Red Labrador, Brigid.
