The Banner Book Club returns, featuring a gathering at The Banner offices with a journalist where you can share in the thoughtful conversation and questions on your favorite books.

The September gathering will feature a special in-person visit from Lawrence Burney, author of No Sense in Wishing, a personal and analytical look at his home city of Baltimore, music from throughout the global Black diaspora, and the traditions that raised him.
